Communicating with StaffCLICK About Your Assignments

You are expected to communicate with StaffCLICK regarding the status of your assignment, including any issues with your assignment. Remember to call StaffCLICK and keep us informed.

Contact StaffCLICK immediately if you:

  • incur a work-related injury or illness
  • are unable to go to your assignment for any reason
  • are not comfortable with what is expected of you while on assignment

You must follow the job timetable, taking breaks and lunch at the specified times.

When an assignment ends, be sure to indicate that on the timecard and contact StaffCLICK.

If you are not currently placed on an assignment and are employed by StaffCLICK, you are required to notify us of your availability for work on a weekly basis.

When you are planning to move, please contact StaffCLICK with your change of information. Without this information, payroll, tax and other important information may not reach you.
