HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
POSITION REPORTS TO
Country Manager, Canada
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Provide Human Resource support and guidance to the site leader, his or her immediate team and the entire employee customer base. The coordination and delivery of Human Resource services is provided in a diverse set of disciplines that includes but is not limited to recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, career path development, risk avoidance, training, compliance reporting and leadership coaching.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead site recruiting efforts
Ensure Compensation, Benefits, Systems updates, Compliance requirements and other administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Corporate Human Resource partners to deliver services that are aligned with Business Unit and Company objectives.
Deliver problem-solving techniques that help site leadership or other employees with employee relations and risk avoidance.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Site strategies, vision, performance, and markets to ensure alignment of HR deliverables with business partner needs.
Build, nurture, and maintain collaborative relationships and partnerships with the various management teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (No exceptions)
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience. Supervisory experience and ⁄or PHR certification is a plus.
