This position requires a proven business executive with service industry experience.

The candidate must have a university degree together with a practical understanding and experience in business operations and finance.

This position requires strong people management and leadership skills, with experience managing more than a hundred managers and staff. Union and labour relations experience in a senior management position is required.

Must be able to set, manage and achieve the financial and operational goals of the organization.The candidate must be self-motivated, an energetic person with the analytical and communication skills to convert ideas into results. Must be able to create action plans to resolve problems both internally and with external organizations.
