Afternoon Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 4.00 pm – 12.00 am
Position Information
An integral and vital part of the customer service experience is the manner in which service personnel interact with our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
Primary Job Duties
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain all specific vehicle⁄customer information required for proper repairs⁄services, contacting customer and invoicing (for charge backs).
Answer calls made to the Leasing Service Department.
Issue purchase orders for outside repairs and customer charge backs.
Schedule service appointments.
Provide customers with complete and accurate written cost estimates, establish time required to complete work.
Code invoices for Accounts Payable.
Bill customers for charge backs. Establish customer’s method of payment and Purchase Order requirements.
Obtain customer signature on the repair order
Update and run preventative maintenance, D.O.T. and other reports (post op codes in history).
Process incoming invoices.
Filing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Minimum of two years experience in truck⁄automotive administration service business.
Sales experience is an asset.
Good understanding and use of Microsoft programs and applications.
Good organizational skills.
