Pilot Project – High End Leasing

Project Assistant Manager ⁄ Manager

3 month contract with possibility for extension

Main role: Business management (guide operation and manage P&L)

· Support running the pilot (e.g. responsible for 3-4 test stores collecting data and answering questions from stores)

· Support company decision making process for business rolling-out (e.g. analysis of data and provide suggestion)

· Manage partnership for the pilot (with test dealers) and long-term business (with Lease Company)

· Oversea the leasing business once it is determined to roll out (e.g. P&L, partnership management and internal process set-up)

· May be required to travel to Montreal 1-2 times a month.

· Bilingual English⁄French is required.
