Responsibilities Include:
Accounts Receivable⁄Deduction Management
* Responsible for all deductions. Ensuring invoices are paid on time, deductions are coded and either resolved or forwarded to the responsible party for resolution
* Maintains deduction management within timeline required
* Achieves specific monthly invoice and deduction targets
Customer Service
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
* Identify, resolve and escalate, if necessary, supply chain challenges
