Submitting Timecards
- At the end of each week complete and submit a timecard to StaffCLICK.
- PRINT clearly, press firmly and write in ink.
- All corrections made on the timecard must be initialed by the client.
- The timecard week starts on Sunday and ends on the following Saturday.
- Leave one copy of the timecard with the client representative that signed it, keep one copy for yourself and return the original and remaining copies to StaffCLICK.
- Timecards must be delivered to StaffCLICK’s office by noon on Monday following the week worked, in order to ensure payment the following Friday.
- If faxing your timecard, a phone call MUST be placed to StaffCLICK after you have faxed it to verify that your timecard has been received successfully.
Completing Timecards
The following list gives a step-by-step description of how to complete a timecard.
- Select NO = “I have not completed my assignment”, or select YES = “I have completed my assignment”.
- Indicate the Saturday date at the end of the week in which these hours were worked (even if you do not actually work on that Saturday)
- Indicate the time that you started working, not when you arrived.
- Indicate the time that you finished working, not when you left
- Indicate how much time you took for lunch, not when you took your lunch
- Indicate your total hours for the day (difference between start and finish times, minus lunch)
- For Statutory Holiday’s ONLY enter the hours if you actually worked on the holiday. If you did not work, write Statutory Holiday instead
- Indicate your total hours worked
- Indicate the company name of where you are physically working
- Indicate your hours worked IN WORDS
- Your manager/supervisor must sign your time card to verify the hours worked in order to receive pay. This is normally done at the end of the week when the rest of the time card has been filled.
- Not needed, unless specifically requested
- PRINT CLEARLY your first and last name
- Please sign your name indicating that the information provided on the timecard is accurate and was filled out by you
