Hiring Process
Here’s a quick breakdown of our hiring process so you know what to expect:
Initial Assessment
- Apply for a specific job opportunity or future opportunities through our website
- We review your skills and experience relative to available positions
- We may require further information through online application and skill tests
Interview
- You will have an in-person interview
- Complete required online documentation
- Provide references we can speak to about your employment background
Job Placement
- If our client is interested, there is normally an interview set up with our client, and if successful, you will be placed in the position
- If your application does not end with a successful placement, we will keep your information for consideration of future opportunities
